Refund Policy

 For Customer cancellations:-

~You can raise cancellations to us within 1 hour of placing the order along with the reason for cancellation. If the order is a prepaid order the refund shall be credited to your account in 4-7 working days.

 For non-customer cancellations:-

If delivery is cancelled any of the above scenarios Reearth projekt will retain the rights to deduct amount on refund 

 

For returns :-

~ We do not accept returns as these are food products ,once delivered they cannot be returned.

• In the event if the address provided by Buyer is either wrong or falls outside the delivery area

• Failure to contact customer at the time of delivery

• Failure to deliver Buyer Order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from Buyer at the time of delivery;
